EDR stepped into an approximately 2,400 sq. ft. ADU that was only about halfway complete, with open municipal permits, unfinished systems, multiple outstanding trades and a firm deadline tied to the client's business relocation and private needs.

ABOUT EDR
EDR General Contracting Inc. is a Guelph, Ontario renovation and carpentry company led by owner Jamie Embro. With more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience, EDR works across carpentry, flooring, interior and exterior renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, restoration and general construction.
For larger projects, EDR's role can extend beyond installation into project management, trade coordination, scheduling, inspection support and deficiency completion.

EDR has earned repeat work after successful renovations, including a basement project awarded after completion of the same client’s main floor.
